A true bargin shopper never pays full price for wrapping paper, Christmas cards, or any holiday decor! If you haven’t already checked them out, now is the time to go shop the clearance sales. Wal-Mart and Target were both at 50% off on Friday and things were going fast. I get the things I know I really want at 50% off so I don’t miss out. I’ll check again in the coming days when the sales go to 75% and then 90% off. If you notice stores that are having great sales let me know!
