At Home Workouts

If you prefer to get your workout in at home I have a few suggestions for workout DVD’s. These are DVD’s that I’ve used and find to be effective and less than torturous.

The Biggest Loser Workouts - I have Volume 1 and 2 as well as a Cardio and Sculpt DVD. Volume 1 is my favorite. The workouts are customizable so you can do a quick workout or a longer one depending on your mood. They feature the trainers Bob, Jillian and Kim.

Walk Away the Pounds – I think these are the best for anyone who is new to exercise, has a lot of weight to use, or just wants something that is very easy to follow. There are tons of these workouts and I’ve tried most of them. My favorite is Walk and Kick, and my least favorite is You Can Do Yoga. Leslie Sansone is a little goofy, but a good instuctor.
