Diet Tools

Along with exercise, a better diet is a common resolution. Here are some tools to get you started on the road to a better diet.

SparkPeople – This is one of the best sites I’ve found for keeping track of your eating and fitness habits. Many people compare it to Weight Watchers. You can join teams and connect with others who share your goals.

National Body Challenge – The new challenge hasn’t started yet so check back. This challenge comes to you from Discovery Health.

Fitday – I used to use this site until I found SparkPeople. It looks like they’ve made a lot of improvements. This is another site that allows you to track your diet and exercise.

Also check on the various fitness magazines websites. Most of them usually have a free program or exercise plan.

I checked out SparkPeople, and it is AWESOME. I’ve set up all the stuff I do with the Wii Fit. I used to try to do all that diet and exercise calculating stuff in an Excel Spreadsheet (years ago). Can you imagine? LOL
