GreenPrint is software that analyzes pages that you’re printing and makes reductions where possible, saving money/ink/paper. e.g. Have you ever printed map directions only to find that the last page of your printout is a single line?
Software also incorporates PDF writer technology in case you don’t need a hard copy. That’s what I always do when websites tell me to print something for my records.
