So I couldn’t resist going out to the Green Valley Book Fair this afternoon and if you haven’t been, what are you waiting for? I didn’t look at everything because if I had I’d have spent way too much money. But as always they had amazing deals on great books. I did think things were slightly more expensive than they used to be, but that could just be me. One thing in particular I noticed was that they had a ton of A&E and Biography DVD’s for $2.50!!

I have noticed for awhile that prices have gone up on books, etc.

I haven’t been in a while, so they seemed higher than the last time I was there. I can’t complain too much because they are still the best place to buy books.
The prices are based on the retail price so if you’ve noticed an increase on some books, it’s because the publishers are still gouging us with their prices. But I’ve actually seen hardback kids books at the Book Fair this time for $1.50 and I bought about 15 of the DVDs. They’re still selling for about $30 on A&E’s web site so they’re a bargain.
