I just wanted to take a moment to wish all of my readers a Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you all have had a wonderful day and have as much to be thankful for as I do. I am thankful for each one of you and hope you enjoy this blog.
I also wanted to mention why there hasn’t been any talk of Black Friday sales. I’ve posted a bunch of stuff from Amazon which is part of their Black Friday sale as they are doing it all week. I’ve received tons of e-mails with offers from other stores and I hope to post some of those sometime tomorrow.
As for getting up at the crack of dawn and heading out to stores…I don’t do that. It actually kind of bothers me that stores set things up in such a manner than causes people to behave like animals for cheap toys. It bugs me that people will act like they sometimes do on Black Friday and cause injuries and even death, so I just don’t participate. I don’t fault anyone else for participating because I know how fun bargain shopping can be, but I just urge everyone to be safe and respectful of others. It’s not worth getting hurt over merchandise.
I’m going to continue my giving thanks by spending the day with some friends and just enjoying their company. So, while I will try very hard to post deals tomorrow, I can’t promise it will be very early in the day.

Thanks for your comment. I agree 100%. I think it is degrading to have us fight for this stuff. I love saving money but I’d rather pay a little more and keep my dignity.
I agree as well – just don’t do Black Friday. I will be spending the day with family, watching movies and trying to get some cross-stitch projects for Christmas gifts underway
